How hourly estimates work
Hourly charter reserves a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time. The minimum is three hours for every class, and waiting between stops is part of the reserved time.
The estimates include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Tolls, parking, airport fees and overtime are written on the quote when they apply.
How transfer quotes work
Airport rides and trips between two addresses are transfers. They are priced as a written itinerary quote from the pickup, the destination, the vehicle class and the time, so there is no single published transfer price.
A planned stop or a flight delay does not by itself turn a transfer into hourly service. Anything beyond the quoted trip is agreed on the quote.
