This is a common corporate airport run from Union Centre, Liberty Center hotels, and West Chester office parks to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The price is quoted for pickup address, vehicle class, and timing. Confirm whether the ticket is actually CVG or Dayton International before you book.
Give the hotel porte-cochere, office lobby, or residence gate. Liberty Center and Union Centre Boulevard are useful landmarks; they are not a substitute for the door. Most trips use I-75 toward I-275 and the airport. I-75 incidents and afternoon airport traffic can change timing, so leave extra margin on Friday afternoons.
At CVG, follow Ground Transport East instructions for a reserved car unless the confirmation says otherwise. Hotel shuttles at Ground Transport West serve those hotels and lots. Share the flight number for arrivals. Extra wait, a second office stop, or a same-day return should be written on the quote.
Planning limits are sedan 3/3, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12. Office groups above 12 passengers or 12 bags need a coordinated quote. Hourly estimates, if you hold the car, remain $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum.
The usual run follows I-75 south to I-275 and then west around the loop into Kentucky.
Corporate pickups usually come from office parks off Union Centre Boulevard and hotels near the I-75 interchanges at Union Centre and Liberty Way. Residential pickups spread across West Chester and Liberty Township toward Tylersville Road and Cox Road. For an office with several doors, give the building entrance. For a gated community, put the gate instructions in the booking notes so the chauffeur is not held at the entrance.
The car can run straight down I-75 through downtown and cross the Brent Spence Bridge into Kentucky, or go around the western side of the I-275 loop. The straight run is shorter on paper; the loop avoids the downtown bridge when it is congested. The chauffeur chooses on the day.
Morning flights are the most common trip on this route. Pick a ready time that allows for I-75 volume south of I-275 and for check-in and security at CVG.
