What corporate transportation covers
Corporate transportation is scheduled chauffeur service for meetings, roadshows, airport runs, and named office doors. We arrange sedan, SUV, S-Class, and Sprinter classes through local affiliates. A single trip or a repeating account can be quoted. Billing cadence is confirmed in writing.
Who uses it in Cincinnati
Headquarters, hospitals, banks, law firms, and plants across the metro generate this work. Fountain Square and the central business district, Blue Ash, West Chester, Mason, Kenwood, and Northern Kentucky are common. Procter & Gamble, Kroger, Fifth Third, Cincinnati Children's, and UC Health are destination landmarks when they appear on an itinerary.
How pricing works
Point-to-point transfers are itinerary quotes. Hourly charter is estimated at $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum for every class. Extra meeting stops do not automatically force hourly billing; uncertain timing usually should be reserved as hourly so waiting is inside the block.
What to expect honestly
Specific colors, model years, and last-minute vehicle swaps are not guaranteed. I-71, I-75, and I-275 can change timing. Dispatch is in New York; Cincinnati execution is affiliate. Confirm child seats, invoices, and the exact lobby.
