Sports event transportation is private sedan, SUV, or Sprinter service to Cincinnati games and matches. Groups use it for client nights, alumni trips, and hotel-to-gate runs. We cover Bengals games at Paycor Stadium, Reds games at Great American Ball Park, and FC Cincinnati matches at TQL Stadium, plus Xavier at Cintas Center and UC at Fifth Third Arena when those doors are on the itinerary.
Corporate hospitality groups and fan groups book a named gate or hotel pickup. Many lots next to Paycor Stadium require Bengals parking passes. A hotel or designated private-car point is often easier than a lot that needs a team pass. Cyclones hockey at Heritage Bank Center is another downtown option.
A one-way to the venue is an itinerary quote. If the chauffeur should wait through the game, book hourly. Hourly estimates are $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum. Parking and wait are confirmed on the quote. Overtime after a late ending is also a quote item.
Post-game traffic on the riverfront can add a long last mile. We cannot bypass police closures. Pickup points may shift. We send the confirmed corner before the event.
Many groups start with dinner in Over-the-Rhine or at The Banks, walk to the gate and then need a reliable ride home. If the chauffeur should stay nearby through the game, reserve an hourly block so waiting is already covered. If you only need the drop-off and a later pickup, book two timed transfers and agree the pickup corner in advance. After a sellout, a hotel entrance or a corner a few blocks from the stadium is usually faster than the crowded curb by the gate.
Four friends fit an SUV planned at 6/6 with room for coats and a cooler bag. Client-hospitality groups of eight to twelve use a Sprinter, planned at 12/12. Remember that a high-roof van cannot use many downtown garages, which is another reason to plan a street-level pickup.
