A connected headquarters Marriott at the convention venue is a future project, not an operating hotel.
Streets, venues, and pickup notes
Give the building, porte-cochere, or garage elevator rather than only "downtown." Useful landmarks include Fountain Square, Carew Tower, Fifth Third Center, and the riverfront hotels. Event nights can close streets around the stadiums and the convention block. Many lots next to Paycor Stadium require Bengals parking passes, so a hotel or named gate pickup is often easier than a lot that needs a team pass. The streetcar is a downtown circulator. It does not replace an airport transfer.
Airport access
Downtown airline trips use CVG. Meet at Ground Transport East unless the confirmation says otherwise. Lunken is the close-in general-aviation and charter field; confirm the assigned FBO. Dayton is a separate commercial airport on I-75. All three are itinerary quotes. The Brent Spence Bridge crossing can slow CVG runs during weekday peaks and riverfront events.
Honest limitation
Street closures for games, concerts, and Fountain Square events can block a preferred curb. We plan a buffer and confirm a legal meeting spot. Garage clearances can exclude high-roof Sprinters. Planning limits are sedan 3/3, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12, subject to configuration.

Transfers are written quotes. Hourly charter is estimated at $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum. Extra downtown stops do not automatically convert an airport transfer into hourly service.
Getting in and out of downtown
Downtown is a compact grid between the river and Central Parkway, with Fifth Street and Vine Street crossing at Fountain Square. I-71 runs along the east edge toward Lytle Tunnel and I-75 along the west, and both meet the Brent Spence Bridge into Kentucky. The Roebling Suspension Bridge links the riverfront to Covington for short trips across the Ohio. One-way streets mean the best pickup is often on the side of the building the chauffeur can reach without a loop, which is why a named entrance matters.
Theater, museum and dinner evenings
The Aronoff Center on Walnut Street, the Taft Theatre and the riverfront venues all empty at once when a show ends, so agree a pickup corner a block away rather than the front door.
