Hourly charter, if you want the vehicle held for extra downtown stops, is estimated at $120, $150, $230, and $240 with a three-hour minimum ($360, $450, $690, and $720). Planned hotel or office stops do not by themselves convert a one-way airport transfer into hourly service. Extra wait or a return leg needs agreement on the quote.
Give the hotel porte-cochere, office lobby, or First Financial Center entrance rather than only "downtown." Fountain Square, riverfront hotels, Great American Ball Park, and Paycor Stadium each have different legal stopping points. Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincinnati event nights can close streets and slow the I-71/I-75 Ohio River crossing at the Brent Spence Bridge. Most CVG departures then use I-275 toward the airport. The chauffeur uses current conditions on that crossing.
For a departure, build your own buffer for security and the river crossing. Share the flight number for arrivals so Ground Transport East pickup can be planned. Follow the assigned operator meeting instructions. Hotel courtesy shuttles at Ground Transport West serve those hotels and parking products, not this downtown transfer.
Passenger and bag counts against sedan 3/3, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, or Sprinter 12/12 planning limits, the exact downtown door, and any child-seat or mobility notes. Groups above 12 need a coordinated quote. Hourly estimates include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. On game nights, a Fourth Street or Fifth Street hotel door is easier than a riverfront corner near the stadiums.
Hotel entrances on Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Streets, the office towers along Vine and Walnut, and addresses around Fountain Square all have curb space for a short loading stop. The Banks, between the two stadiums, is the area most likely to fill on game days and concert nights, and the Fort Washington Way ramps are usually the first to back up. If you are staying at a riverfront hotel on an event night, write a side entrance on the reservation. Downtown garages with low clearances do not suit a Sprinter, so give the street entrance for group pickups.
The return is its own transfer. Send the inbound airline and flight number so the pickup follows the actual landing, collect your bags, and meet the car at Ground Transport East unless your confirmation names another point. The waiting terms for an arrival are the ones written on your quote, and a late flight does not by itself move the ride onto hourly billing. If you know both dates, book both legs at once; each is written with its own pickup time.
