Medical center transportation is non-emergency, nonclinical car service to hospitals, clinics, and medical offices. We serve patients, family members, visiting specialists, and staff who need a quiet, on-time ride. This is not ambulance service, stretcher transport, oxygen service, or a wheelchair-van program. Chauffeurs do not provide clinical care, medical equipment, or a medical lift.
Who uses it in Cincinnati
Families traveling to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, UC Medical Center, and The Christ Hospital use named garage or pavilion entrances. Pharmaceutical reps and out-of-town specialists flying into CVG often continue to Clifton, Avondale, Mount Auburn, or Kenwood. Staff working early or late shifts sometimes reserve a sedan.
How pricing works
A single appointment run is usually a transfer quote. Multi-appointment days that require waiting are better as hourly charter at $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum. Tolls, parking, and wait are confirmed on the quote.
What the service cannot do
Arrange mobility assistance with your care provider when needed, and request any accessible-vehicle notes on the reservation. A chauffeur is not a substitute for a required post-procedure escort. I-75 near the hospital district can delay rush-hour trips. Dispatch is in New York; local affiliates drive. Child seats and extra equipment must be on the reservation.
