Medical center transportation is non-emergency, nonclinical car service to hospitals, clinics, and medical offices. We serve patients, family members, visiting specialists, and staff who need a quiet, on-time ride. This is not ambulance service, stretcher transport, oxygen service, or a wheelchair-van program. Chauffeurs do not provide clinical care, medical equipment, or a medical lift.
Who uses it in Cincinnati
Families traveling to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, UC Medical Center, and The Christ Hospital use named garage or pavilion entrances. Pharmaceutical reps and out-of-town specialists flying into CVG often continue to Clifton, Avondale, Mount Auburn, or Kenwood. Staff working early or late shifts sometimes reserve a sedan.
How pricing works
A single appointment run is usually a transfer quote. Multi-appointment days that require waiting are better as hourly charter at $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum. Tolls, parking, and wait are confirmed on the quote.
What the service cannot do
Arrange mobility assistance with your care provider when needed, and request any accessible-vehicle notes on the reservation. A chauffeur is not a substitute for a required post-procedure escort. I-75 near the hospital district can delay rush-hour trips. Child seats and extra equipment must be on the reservation.

Large campuses have several garages, pavilions and patient entrances. The building name and door from your appointment letter is what the chauffeur needs.
Families traveling in for care
Out-of-town families often land at CVG, go straight to a hotel near the hospital and then need short rides for several days. The airport transfer is a quote; the daily rides can be individual transfers or an hourly block on days with more than one appointment. Planning limits are sedan 3/3, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3 and Sprinter 12/12. A folded wheelchair, walker or car seat takes bag space, so list it on the reservation.
Keeping expectations clear
This is a nonclinical car service. Chauffeurs do not lift passengers, give medical help or carry clinical equipment, and the service is not a substitute for a required escort after a procedure. If the hospital says you need a medically supervised ride, use that provider. For everything else, a written quote confirms the vehicle, the doors and the timing.
