Streets, venues, and pickup notes
Useful landmarks include the University of Cincinnati, UC Health, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, and Ludlow Avenue. The Clifton Cultural Arts Center is at 3412 Clifton Avenue. It is not inside Burnet Woods. Hospital loops and campus events can fill the obvious curb, so name the garage, pavilion, or clinic entrance. Zoo Festival of Lights nights need extra pickup time.
Airport access
Airline trips use CVG Ground Transport East. Lunken is the general-aviation and charter field. Both are itinerary quotes. I-75 near the hospital district can slow shift-change and event windows.
Honest limitation
Campus and hospital congestion can force a short walk to a legal stop. Child seats, extra bags, and mobility notes belong on the reservation. Amenities are confirmed on the assigned vehicle.

Transfers are quotes. Hourly service, when the car should wait between appointments, has a three-hour minimum at $120 / $150 / $230 / $240.
Campus, hospital and zoo geography
Clifton sits on the hills north of downtown. The University of Cincinnati's main campus runs along Clifton Avenue and Jefferson Avenue; the medical campus, including UC Medical Center and Cincinnati Children's, lines Burnet Avenue to the east; the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden sits beyond that in Avondale. Ludlow Avenue's shops and the Gaslight district are on the north side near Burnet Woods. Martin Luther King Drive ties the area to I-71 and I-75, which is the usual way out toward the airport.
Planning a pickup on campus
University buildings are spread across a steep campus with limited vehicle access. Name the building and the street it faces, or use a hotel on the edge of campus. For hospital trips, the garage or pavilion from your appointment letter is the best meeting point. Big campus weekends fill every curb, so an earlier ready time helps.
Evenings and multi-stop visit days
Over-the-Rhine and downtown are a short run down the hill by Vine Street or Central Parkway, so Clifton works well as a base for a concert at Music Hall or dinner on Vine Street. A campus visit that takes in several buildings, a hotel and a dinner is easier as an hourly block, which keeps the car close by: $120 per hour for a sedan or $150 for an SUV, with a three-hour minimum of $360 or $450. Families arriving with a lot of luggage for a new semester usually need the SUV, planned at 6 passengers and 6 bags, or a Sprinter for a larger group.
