This route is for travelers landing at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and continuing to Hyde Park Square, Observatory Avenue, Rookwood, or nearby offices. Transfers are quoted for the itinerary. Hourly charter uses $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum when you want the car held for Oakley or Rookwood stops after the airport.
Meet at Ground Transport East unless the assigned operator sends different instructions. Hotel and parking shuttles at Ground Transport West serve those hotels and lots, not a Hyde Park transfer. After leaving the airport, trips typically use I-275 into Ohio and then local roads toward Erie Avenue or Observatory Avenue. Hyde Park Square is a useful meeting landmark; give the restaurant, residence, or office door so the chauffeur can stop legally.
Ault Park photography or pavilion pickups should use Observatory Circle or the pavilion entrance. Kenwood shopping traffic can slow the I-71 edge of this trip in the afternoon and during holiday weeks.
A short agreed stop can stay on a transfer quote when it is written that way. Extra stops or uncertain timing are better as hourly charter. Waiting during a reserved hourly block uses that reserved time. Tell us passenger and bag counts so we confirm sedan 3/3, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, or Sprinter 12/12 fit.
Depending on traffic that day, the chauffeur may stay on I-275 around the eastern side of the loop or cross on the downtown bridges and take I-71 north.
From the airport the car joins I-275. From there it can follow I-71/I-75 north over the Brent Spence Bridge, or take I-471 across the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge, the yellow arches east of downtown, and pick up I-71 toward the east side. The last miles run past Norwood toward Edwards Road, Dana Avenue and Erie Avenue. Neither path is always faster; the chauffeur picks one from conditions on the day.
Streets off Observatory and Erie Avenues can be tight when cars are parked along both curbs. Give the house number and say whether there is a driveway, so the car can stop at the door rather than at the corner. For the Square itself, name the restaurant or shop; the car uses the nearest legal curb on Erie Avenue or Edwards Road. If you are landing for a wedding or family gathering, the car can go to the hotel first and then to the venue, written as a stop on the transfer, or as an hourly block if the timing is open.
