Every ride is booked the same way: send the itinerary, receive a written quote with the vehicle class and meeting point, then approve it. How services are priced

Transfers, including airport rides and trips between two addresses, are written itinerary quotes built from the actual pickup, destination, vehicle class and time.

Hourly service reserves the car and chauffeur for a block with a three-hour minimum. Estimates are $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class and $240 for a Sprinter, including chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees.

Weddings, distillery days, game nights and multi-meeting days are usually hourly because the car waits between stops. A single ride is usually a transfer.

A point-to-point transfer. It covers one quoted trip between two named doors.

Which service should I choose if the car needs to wait?

Hourly charter. Waiting between stops is inside the reserved block, which has a three-hour minimum.

Do all services use the same vehicles?

Yes. Every service draws on the same four classes: sedan 3/3, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3 and Sprinter 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration.

Do you serve Northern Kentucky as well as Ohio?

Yes. Covington, Newport, Florence and other Northern Kentucky addresses are part of the service area, along with CVG.
