Office campuses often have several entrances and a separate visitor lobby; give the building number and the door your host expects. For Summit Park, name the event entrance or the restaurant. Hotels near the Pfeiffer Road interchange have covered entrances that suit a quick bag handoff. For the Blue Ash Golf Course, use the clubhouse entrance.

An hourly block from wheels-down covers the ride to Blue Ash, the time outside the office and the ride back to Lunken; waiting uses the reserved time.
