What convention center shuttles include
Convention shuttles are scheduled private loops between First Financial Center and nearby hotels or evening venues. Travelers may still hear the former Duke Energy Convention Center name. The venue was renamed First Financial Center in February 2026 after reopening in January. A connected headquarters Marriott is a future project, not an operating hotel. We also quote dedicated point-to-point group transfers. Vehicles are sedan, SUV, S-Class, or Sprinter depending on headcount. Mini-coaches are a coordinated quote, not a standing owned fleet.
Who books convention shuttles in Cincinnati
Exhibitors, associations, and corporate planners use hotel loops. Groups staying at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, Hyatt Regency, Renaissance, and The Westin often need a named hotel door rather than a generic downtown pin. Medical meetings sometimes add Cincinnati Children's or UC Medical Center. Spring and fall are busy; book the reserved hours.
How pricing works
Pricing follows vehicle class and reserved hours. Sprinter hourly service is estimated at $240 with a three-hour minimum. A long convention day is a longer hourly block or a set of transfer quotes. Tolls, parking, and driver meals are confirmed on the quote.
What can go wrong
Street closures around Fountain Square, Race Street, and Oktoberfest Zinzinnati can force a different last block. Name the entrance. Dispatch is in New York; the on-site chauffeur and dispatcher handle live reroutes. Branding on a van is not guaranteed.
