Have these details ready
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, with the entrance at each end.
- Date and time, and the airline and flight number for airport rides.
- Passenger count and bag count, including strollers, golf bags and equipment.
- Child-seat or mobility notes, and any stop you want on the way.
What happens after you submit
- Your request is reviewed against the vehicle class, the addresses and the time you entered.
- A written quote confirms the price, the meeting point and the terms for waiting and cancellation.
- After you accept, chauffeur and vehicle details are sent to you before the ride.
Choosing the vehicle class
- Sedan: 3 passengers and 3 bags. Suits one or two travelers with normal luggage. Hourly estimate $120, or $360 for the three-hour minimum.
- SUV: 6 passengers and 6 bags. Suits families, golf bags and anyone with large cases. Hourly estimate $150, or $450 for three hours.
- S-Class: 3 passengers and 3 bags, when a premium sedan matters. Hourly estimate $230, or $690 for three hours.
- Sprinter: 12 passengers and 12 bags for teams, wedding parties and event groups. Hourly estimate $240, or $720 for three hours.

Transfer or hourly
A transfer takes you from one address to another: home to CVG, a hotel to a venue, downtown to Lunken. It is priced as a written itinerary quote from the addresses, the time and the vehicle class. A planned stop or a flight delay does not by itself turn it into hourly service.
Hourly service keeps the car and chauffeur with you for a block of at least three hours. It suits meeting days, weddings, evenings with several stops and distillery days, and waiting during the block uses the reserved time.

Book a transfer for a trip from one address to another, including airport runs. Book hourly when the car should wait or run several legs with an open finish time.
