DAY is a separate commercial airport north of Cincinnati on I-75. Hourly charter remains $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum if you want the vehicle held in Dayton.
Downtown, Over-the-Rhine, West Chester, Mason, and Blue Ash pickups all need a named door. Confirm that the ticket is DAY, not CVG. At Dayton, follow the assigned operator's instructions. Taxi and app-ride signs describe those modes; follow them only if your confirmation uses the same place. Give the flight you are actually flying.
I-75 is the usual highway. Incidents, winter weather, and Dayton-area events can change timing. A same-day round trip can be quoted as two transfers, a wait on the itinerary, or hourly if you want the car held. Extra wait does not automatically force hourly billing.
Planning limits are sedan 3/3, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12. Hourly estimates include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Confirm tolls, parking, airport fees, and cancellation on the quote.
The route runs north on I-75 and west on I-70, so northern suburbs start closer to the airport than downtown does.
From downtown the car heads north on I-75 through the Mill Creek valley, past Sharonville, West Chester, Monroe and Middletown, then skirts Dayton and turns west on I-70 toward the airport. Pickups in the northern suburbs join the same highway partway up, so the ride from Mason or West Chester is noticeably shorter than from downtown or Northern Kentucky. The airport sits north of the city of Dayton, close to where I-75 meets I-70.
Downtown hotels and offices, Over-the-Rhine, Blue Ash and Montgomery offices, and homes in Mason and West Chester are all common starting points. Name the door and the time you want to leave. The ready time comes from your flight, the check-in window your airline asks for, and I-75 conditions on the day.
For an arrival, send the flight number so the pickup follows the actual landing, and use the meeting point on your confirmation. The drive south can slow at the Cincinnati end in the evening peak and on event nights downtown. If you are riding up to meet someone, the quote can include the wait at the airport, or you can reserve an hourly block. Waiting and cancellation terms are written on the quote.
