FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers cover quotes, hourly estimates, airport meeting points, and what the written reservation must confirm.
Airport and other transfers are written itinerary quotes. Hourly charter is estimated at $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter. The three-hour minimum applies only to hourly service, with three-hour estimates of $360, $440, $690, and $710.
Cancellation, wait, overtime, and payment timing are stated on the written quote. Ask for those terms before you accept the reservation.
Share the airline and flight number when you book so the assigned operator can plan around the scheduled arrival. Confirm the wait policy on the quote. A delayed landing does not by itself convert a one-way transfer into hourly service.
Reserved private cars, taxis, shared rides, rideshare, and transit use Ground Transport East at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Hotel and parking shuttles use Ground Transport West. Follow the assigned operator's meeting instructions. An app pin is for the app ride you requested.
Ask when you book. Child seats depend on the assigned vehicle. Seat type and installation are confirmed on the reservation.
Hourly estimates include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Confirm tolls, parking, airport fees, waiting, and extra stops on the written quote.
Corporate billing, stored passenger notes, and invoice timing are arranged in writing. Weekly or monthly invoicing is available only when that arrangement is confirmed.
We serve Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky, including Downtown, Over-the-Rhine, Hyde Park, Clifton, Blue Ash, West Chester, Mason, and Montgomery. We also cover CVG, Lunken, Dayton, and regional routes to Columbus, Louisville, and Indianapolis upon quote.
Affiliate classes are sedan, SUV, S-Class, and Sprinter. Planning limits are 3/3, 6/6, 3/3, and 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration. Exact models, amenities, and availability are confirmed on the assignment. Groups above 12 passengers or 12 bags need a coordinated quote.
Yes. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum for sedan, SUV, S-Class, and Sprinter. Extra stops on a transfer do not automatically force hourly billing. Waiting during a reserved hourly block uses that reserved time.
Payment method, authorization timing, and receipts are confirmed on the quote or corporate arrangement. This website's contact form does not process card payments. Online reservations use the booking provider shown on the book page.
Planning limits are sedan 3 bags, SUV 6 bags, S-Class 3 bags, and Sprinter 12 bags, alongside the matching passenger limits, subject to the assigned configuration. Tell us passenger and bag counts so we can confirm fit or route the trip to a coordinated quote.
