This trip usually uses I-71 south for downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, or Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. Transfers are quoted. Hourly charter uses $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum if you want the vehicle held for a Derby-week or meeting day.
Name the Cincinnati door and the Louisville hotel, office, racetrack gate, or airport meeting point. Kentucky Derby week and University of Louisville event days can change river bridges and downtown approaches. For SDF arrivals or departures, follow that airport's assigned meeting instructions rather than copying CVG Ground Transport East.
Distillery stops on the way are extra itinerary items. They do not automatically convert a Louisville transfer into a bourbon-day hourly charter, but a tasting day is usually reserved as hourly because of wait time.

The trip crosses the Brent Spence Bridge and follows I-71 southwest through Kentucky to Louisville.
The car crosses the Ohio River into Northern Kentucky and follows I-71/I-75 south to where the two highways split near Walton. It then stays on I-71 southwest, past Carrollton, to Louisville, where I-71 meets I-64 and I-65 by downtown. In normal traffic it is roughly a two-hour trip, and shorter from a Covington or Florence pickup.
Downtown and Over-the-Rhine pickups reach the Brent Spence Bridge within minutes. Covington and Newport pickups are already on the Kentucky side. Blue Ash, Mason and West Chester pickups add the run south through the city first, so set the ready time with that in mind. For a race day, send the track gate and the time you need to be there, and agree the return pickup point before the day rather than at the gate.

A same-day return can be two transfers, an agreed wait, or an hourly block. When distillery visits are part of the day, tasting times and the gaps between sites make an hourly block the practical choice; waiting during the block uses reserved time and the three-hour minimum applies. Distillery, race and event tickets are booked directly with those venues; the reservation covers the vehicle and chauffeur.
